Fill Sand
Description
If you are pouring your concrete on an uneven surface or a surface with bumps and holes, you may find it will crack in future and you will be using more concrete to fill the void. Prepare your surface with fill sand to get a nice, level finish.

Sydney Sand

White Brick Sand
Description
Also known as fatty sand. It is a light, grey coloured sand and is used when a light coloured mortar is desired.
Usage: : The main use for this sand is for mortaring brickwork. The standard blend for mortar is 6 parts sand to 1 part cement and 1 part hydrated lime. 1 cubic metre of sand will be enough to lay 1,000 bricks and will require 8-10 bags of cement. Brick sand is also the sand used under pool liners for above ground pools.

Yellow Brick Sand
Description
A clay-based sand which is perfect for brick and block laying mortar mixes. It's soft and fine, so is the ideal base for your pool. When mixed with white cement, Yellow Brick Sand makes a sandstone coloured mortar. It's also great for brick bagging. |
